AI FENG SHUI FUSION – TERMS OF SERVICE & DISCLAIMERS

1. Service Definition and Limitations

AI Fusion provides a digital Feng Shui analysis service powered by artificial-intelligence technology. The service generates cultural and spatial recommendations using user-submitted photographs, floor plans, and BaZi birth-data inputs, combined with generally recognised Feng Shui principles.

The service is intended solely for informational and lifestyle purposes. It does not constitute professional architectural, engineering, medical, psychological, or financial advice. Users understand and accept that the AI’s findings are generated automatically and may differ from the assessments of licensed Feng Shui consultants or other qualified professionals. Variations can arise from factors including but not limited to the quality of images provided, data accuracy, algorithmic interpretation, and the absence of a physical site inspection.

All decisions that may materially affect health, safety, property, or finances must be verified with an appropriately qualified professional before any action is taken. By using the service, the user acknowledges these limitations and agrees that any reliance on the output is at their own discretion and risk.

2. Intellectual Property

All content produced by the platform, including reports, visualisations, data insights, and recommendations, is the exclusive intellectual property of AI Fusion. Such content is licensed to users strictly for personal, non-commercial use.

No user may reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, publish, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any portion of the service or its outputs without the prior written consent of AI Fusion. The proprietary Energy-Mapping Engine, the underlying algorithms, datasets, and any related trade secrets shall at all times remain the exclusive property of AI Fusion.

3. User Representations

By submitting images, floor plans, or other data, each user represents and warrants that the information provided is accurate and lawfully obtained and that it depicts the actual space for which the analysis is requested.

The service is intended for use by individuals who are at least eighteen years of age. Users below this age must have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The service must not be used for any unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful purpose.

AI Fusion reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who provides misleading information or otherwise misuses the platform.

4. Marketplace Intermediary

AI Fusion functions solely as a digital platform facilitating connections between users, suppliers, interior designers, and other third-party service providers. AI Fusion does not control or guarantee the quality, safety, efficacy, legality, or timely delivery of any product or service offered by these third parties.

Any disputes, damages, defects, installation issues, transactional errors, or shipping delays arising from dealings with third-party providers are to be resolved directly between the user and the relevant third party. AI Fusion shall bear no responsibility for such matters.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under the laws of Singapore, AI Fusion, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of business, emotional distress, reputational harm, or any damages arising out of reliance on the service’s recommendations.

AI Fusion shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies, omissions, or cultural interpretations inherent in automated analysis; nor for service interruptions, technical failures, cyber incidents, or other events beyond its reasonable control.

All users agree that any renovation, construction, purchasing, or investment decision made on the basis of an AI-generated Feng Shui report will be undertaken at their own discretion and risk and only after seeking independent professional advice.

In any event, the aggregate liability of AI Fusion in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount, if any, paid by the user to AI Fusion for the relevant service within the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6. Cultural and Methodological Disclaimer

Feng Shui practices and interpretations vary across different cultural schools, traditions, and regions. The AI system applies a generalised set of classical principles combined with proprietary analytics developed by AI Fusion. As a result, the recommendations generated may not reflect every school of thought or be universally accepted in all cultural contexts.

Users are solely responsible for interpreting and applying the insights provided in a manner that is culturally appropriate and compliant with any local regulations.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms or the use of the service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

8. Amendments

AI Fusion reserves the right to revise or amend these Terms of Service and Disclaimers by publishing the updated version on the platform with at least thirty (30) days’ advance notice. Continued use of the service after the effective date of any amendment shall constitute the user’s acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Severability and Force Majeure

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

AI Fusion shall not be deemed in default or held liable for any delay or failure in performance arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, governmental restrictions, labour disputes, or interruptions of internet or telecommunications services.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

AI Fusion collects and processes personal information provided by users, which may include uploaded images, floor plans, BaZi birth details, account credentials, and communication records. Technical and behavioural data such as usage patterns, click activity, device identifiers, and approximate location may also be collected to improve service delivery, personalise recommendations, ensure platform security, and train the AI system.

All personal data is stored securely using encryption and restricted-access protocols and will generally be retained for up to twenty-four (24) months unless a longer retention period is required by law or expressly consented to by the user.

Where legally permitted, AI Fusion may share aggregated and anonymised insights—such as design trends and popular spatial layouts—with trusted partners for research, product development, and marketing purposes. No personally identifiable information will be disclosed to any third party without the user’s explicit consent, except where required by law or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Users may request access to, correction or deletion of their personal data, or withdraw consent for non-essential processing, by contacting info@fusiontools.ai.

The collection, use, and storage of personal data shall comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore (PDPA) and any other applicable data-protection regulations.

11. AI Output and Bias Disclaimer

The Feng Shui analyses, visual previews, and recommendations produced by AI Fusion are generated automatically using statistical models, spatial recognition, and curated design catalogues. While reasonable efforts are made to provide accurate and culturally relevant guidance, the outputs may contain inadvertent inaccuracies, outdated interpretations, or algorithmic bias.

Users are strongly encouraged to seek independent professional verification before relying on the AI output for significant structural, financial, or lifestyle decisions.

12. Acknowledgement

By using the AI Fusion platform, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed in full to these Terms of Service & Disclaimers.
