FusionHome Furniture Sales Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 1st April 2026
These Furniture Sales Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the purchase of furniture and related products ("Products") from I Shinora Pte Ltd, trading as FusionHome ("FusionHome", "we", "us" or "our") by a customer ("Customer", "you" or "your"). By placing an order with FusionHome, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
1. Orders and Contract Formation
1.1 An order is an offer by the Customer to purchase the Products specified in the order.
1.2 An order is only accepted when FusionHome has received the required payment and has issued an order confirmation, invoice or other written confirmation of the order.
1.3 FusionHome reserves the right to decline or cancel an order before acceptance where, for example:
- the Product is unavailable;
- there is an obvious pricing or product description error;
- the Product has been discontinued;
- the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled; or
- circumstances beyond FusionHome's reasonable control prevent fulfilment.
1.4 If FusionHome cancels an accepted order because the Product cannot reasonably be supplied, any amount paid for the affected Product will be refunded to the Customer.
2. Product Information
2.1 Product images, colours, textures, dimensions and finishes shown on the website, showroom, catalogue or other marketing materials are for illustration purposes.
2.2 Due to differences in screens, lighting, photography and manufacturing batches, actual Products may vary slightly in colour, grain, texture, sheen or appearance from images displayed online or in promotional materials.
2.3 For Products incorporating natural materials, including but not limited to natural wood, stone, veneer, leather, marble or other natural materials, variations in grain, knots, mineral markings, colour, texture and pattern are inherent characteristics and are not necessarily defects.
2.4 Dimensions stated for Products are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise. Minor manufacturing tolerances may apply.
2.5 FusionHome may make reasonable changes to Product specifications, finishes, hardware or components where necessary, provided that such changes do not materially alter the principal characteristics of the Product.
3. Prices
3.1 Product prices are stated in Singapore Dollars unless otherwise specified.
3.2 Prices will be clearly stated at the point of purchase and may include or exclude GST depending on the applicable tax treatment and how the price is displayed.
3.3 Delivery, installation, assembly, disposal, access-related charges and other ancillary services are included only where expressly stated in the quotation, order confirmation or invoice.
3.4 Promotional prices, discounts and campaign offers are subject to the terms and validity period of the relevant promotion.
3.5 FusionHome reserves the right to correct obvious typographical, pricing or listing errors. If an error affects an order that has not yet been fulfilled, FusionHome will notify the Customer and provide the Customer with the option to proceed at the corrected price or receive a refund where applicable.
4. Payment
4.1 The Customer must make payment according to the payment terms stated in the quotation, invoice or order confirmation.
4.2 An order will generally not be scheduled for production, procurement or delivery until the required payment has been received.
4.3 Where a deposit is required, the deposit will be applied towards the purchase price unless otherwise stated.
4.4 The Customer remains responsible for all amounts properly due under the order.
4.5 For instalment or third-party payment arrangements, the terms of the relevant payment provider may apply in addition to these Terms.
5. Custom, Made-to-Order and Special-Order Products
5.1 Products that are custom-made, made-to-order, personalised, specially configured or specially procured for the Customer may be subject to different cancellation, return and refund conditions.
5.2 The Customer is responsible for checking and confirming all dimensions, configurations, colours, finishes and other specifications supplied or approved by the Customer before production or procurement begins.
5.3 Once production or procurement of a custom or special-order Product has commenced, cancellation may not be permitted except where required by applicable law or otherwise agreed by FusionHome in writing.
5.4 Where cancellation is accepted, FusionHome may deduct reasonable costs already incurred, including manufacturing, procurement, material, transport and administrative costs, to the extent permitted by law.
6. Delivery
6.1 FusionHome will arrange delivery to the address specified in the Customer's order.
6.2 Estimated delivery dates or delivery periods are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing as a guaranteed delivery commitment.
6.3 Delivery dates may be affected by manufacturing, stock availability, shipping, customs, port congestion, logistics capacity, weather, public holidays or other circumstances beyond FusionHome's reasonable control.
6.4 FusionHome will make reasonable efforts to notify the Customer of material delivery delays.
6.5 The Customer must ensure that the delivery address is accurate and that reasonable access is available for delivery.
7. Delivery Access and Site Conditions
7.1 The Customer is responsible for informing FusionHome before delivery of any access restrictions or conditions that may affect delivery or installation, including:
- narrow entrances;
- stairs;
- lifts;
- restricted lift dimensions or weight limits;
- security restrictions;
- restricted delivery hours;
- parking or loading restrictions;
- management approval requirements;
- unusual access routes; and
- other relevant building restrictions.
7.2 Where building management, condominium management, landlord or other third-party approval is required, the Customer is responsible for obtaining such approval unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7.3 Additional charges may apply where special equipment, additional manpower, special access arrangements, re-delivery or other exceptional services are required.
7.4 If delivery or installation cannot reasonably proceed because of Customer-related site or access conditions, FusionHome may reschedule the delivery and charge reasonable additional costs where applicable.
8. Delivery Inspection
8.1 The Customer or an authorised representative should inspect the Products upon delivery.
8.2 Any visible damage, missing components or obvious discrepancies should be reported to FusionHome as soon as reasonably practicable, preferably with photographs or videos.
8.3 Signing a delivery confirmation acknowledges receipt of the Products but does not, by itself, waive any rights the Customer may have in respect of defects that could not reasonably have been identified upon delivery.
9. Installation and Assembly
9.1 Installation or assembly is included only where expressly stated in the order confirmation or quotation.
9.2 Installation services are limited to the scope agreed with the Customer.
9.3 The Customer must ensure that the installation area is reasonably accessible, cleared and suitable for installation.
9.4 FusionHome is not responsible for pre-existing defects, structural issues, uneven flooring, unsuitable walls, concealed pipes, electrical wiring or other site conditions that are not reasonably identifiable before or during installation.
9.5 Any additional works outside the agreed installation scope may be separately chargeable.
10. Product Defects and Warranty
10.1 FusionHome will provide the warranty, if any, expressly stated for the relevant Product.
10.2 Unless otherwise stated, the warranty applies only to manufacturing defects arising under normal residential use.
10.3 Warranty coverage does not normally extend to:
- normal wear and tear;
- accidental damage;
- misuse or abuse;
- improper assembly or modification by the Customer or third parties;
- damage caused by moving the Product after delivery;
- exposure to unsuitable moisture, heat, sunlight or environmental conditions;
- failure to follow care and maintenance instructions;
- scratches, dents or damage caused after delivery;
- natural characteristics of timber, stone, leather or other natural materials; or
- damage caused by external factors beyond FusionHome's reasonable control.
10.4 Where a valid defect is established, FusionHome may, where appropriate and subject to applicable law:
- repair the Product;
- replace the affected component;
- replace the Product; or
- provide another appropriate remedy.
10.5 The remedy offered will take into account the nature of the defect, availability of replacement parts and the applicable statutory rights of the Customer.
11. Natural Materials
11.1 Products made using natural materials may contain variations that are unique to each Product.
11.2 Such characteristics may include:
- variations in colour;
- knots and grain patterns;
- mineral streaks;
- natural markings;
- differences in texture;
- variations between batches; and
- changes resulting from natural ageing.
11.3 Such characteristics are not considered manufacturing defects unless they materially affect the structural integrity or intended function of the Product.
12. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
12.1 Return, cancellation and refund rights depend on the nature of the Product, the reason for the request and applicable law.
12.2 For standard, non-custom Products, FusionHome may accept a cancellation or return request subject to the conditions stated at the time of purchase.
12.3 Custom-made, personalised, made-to-order and specially procured Products may not be cancellable or returnable once production or procurement has commenced, except where required by applicable law.
12.4 Products that have been used, assembled, modified, damaged or installed may be subject to additional return conditions.
12.5 Where a refund is approved, FusionHome will generally refund the amount through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
12.6 Where a refund is required because of a valid defect, non-conformity or other statutory entitlement, FusionHome will provide the applicable remedy in accordance with Singapore law.
13. Clearance, Display and Promotional Products
13.1 Clearance, display, ex-showroom and promotional Products may have specific conditions relating to cosmetic imperfections, availability, warranty or returns.
13.2 Any known material defect or condition of a clearance or display Product will be disclosed to the Customer where applicable.
13.3 Nothing in this section excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Customer Responsibilities
The Customer agrees to:
- provide accurate delivery and contact information;
- provide reasonable access for delivery and installation;
- follow Product care, maintenance and safety instructions;
- use Products only for their intended purpose;
- not modify, dismantle or repair Products in a manner that may affect safety or warranty coverage without appropriate approval; and
- promptly notify FusionHome of any suspected defect or safety issue.
15. Product Safety
15.1 FusionHome is committed to supplying Products that comply with applicable Singapore consumer product safety requirements.
15.2 Customers should use Products in accordance with the supplied instructions and warnings.
15.3 Customers should not modify Products in a way that may compromise their safety or structural integrity.
15.4 If a Product is subject to a safety recall or corrective action, FusionHome may contact affected Customers and provide the applicable remedy or instructions.
16. Limitation of Liability
16.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Singapore law.
16.2 Subject to Clause 16.1, FusionHome will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from an order, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
16.3 FusionHome will not be responsible for loss or damage caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
16.4 Nothing in these Terms limits the Customer's rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
17. Events Beyond Our Control
17.1 FusionHome will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances reasonably beyond its control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic, governmental restrictions, industrial disputes, shipping disruption, port congestion, supply-chain disruption, war, civil unrest or other comparable events.
17.2 FusionHome will make reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as reasonably practicable.
18. Third-Party Suppliers and Manufacturers
18.1 FusionHome may source Products or components from third-party manufacturers, suppliers and logistics providers.
18.2 FusionHome remains responsible for its obligations to the Customer under the applicable order and these Terms, subject to the limitations and conditions stated herein.
18.3 Manufacturer warranties may apply to certain Products in addition to FusionHome's own warranty, where expressly stated.
19. Personal Data
19.1 FusionHome may collect, use and disclose Customer personal data for purposes including order processing, payment, delivery, installation, warranty administration, customer service, marketing where permitted, fraud prevention and other purposes permitted by applicable law.
19.2 Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable Singapore data protection laws and FusionHome's Privacy Policy.
19.3 FusionHome may provide relevant Customer information to delivery partners, installers, manufacturers, payment providers and other service providers where reasonably necessary to fulfil the Customer's order or provide related services. Singapore's PDPA requires organisations to manage personal data appropriately and to make information available regarding their data protection policies and purposes.

22. Severability
22.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or severed to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
23. Governing Law and Disputes
23.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
23.2 The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through communication and negotiation.

24. Entire Agreement
24.1 These Terms, together with the applicable quotation, order confirmation, invoice, Product specifications, warranty terms and other documents expressly incorporated into the order, constitute the agreement between FusionHome and the Customer in relation to the purchase.
